In 2006, I got the copyrights back to my first book, The Traffic Assignment Problem---Models and Methods. Below you can download the complete text, as well as an errata list. (Please help me to update the latter if you find other errors.) Feel free to download and use the text. If it is used in any courses, it would be interesting for me to be told about it, so that I can keep track of who is using it.
