P/FDM is a research database system based on the Functional Data Model (FDM).
The P/FDM home page is at the University of Aberdeen.
A simple main-memory version of P/FDM, which we call "P/FDM-lite", has been prepared at Chalmers University of Technology. P/FDM-lite is convenient for experimenting with the functional data model and the Daplex query language, and for teaching. There is an on-line User Manual.
P/FDM-lite uses SWI-Prolog Version 5.2.5. The executable file is a stand-alone saved-state that can be downloaded and used without any additional software being installed.
